CSA Army and served with Quantrell, Captured, Imprisoned and released at war’s end.

Joined the James gang in 1873 and was captured after the Northfield robbery in 1876.  Released from prison in 1901.

Died: October 19, 1902

Burial: Lee’s Summit, Missouri

Height:  6ft3″

Weight: 230lbs

Head Shape: Oval form

Eyes: Blue

Ears: Medium sized, close to the head, teardrop shaped.

Nose: Nostrils flat, close to center, left side flatter.

Mouth: Smaller sized with strong archer’s bow upper lip.

Chin: Broad round jaw line.

Shoulders: Substantial downward slope.
